INSTRUCTIONS
For All
- Prior appointment is Mandatory
- Reporting time is between 7.30 and 10.00 am at Health Check Lounge registration counter on Ground floor
- Please come on empty stomach with an overnight fasting of 10 to 12 hours
- In case you are taking any medication, please bring prescription / medication along with you
- Diabetic or Cardiac Patient should inform the Health Check Reception on arrival
- Please wear comfortable casual clothes and footwear as you may be required to change clothes The validity period of all health checks is one month. The review should be completed within this period
- Written reports and reviews will be completed within 24-36 hours.
